We’re currently looking for an iOS Engineer that will support us with perfecting and expanding our app. We’re no average Joe in the world of development; we develop applications that people use all around the world.
We love developing sophisticated, creative and high-quality applications. They should always be spectacular, something that when you look at it, you just know it doesn’t get any better. Therefore we’re currently looking for you to join our team and help us with developing, enhancing and keeping up with the maintenance of our applications. You’ll be part of the team that specializes in applications for iOS devices like mobile phones and tablet computers.
You’ll be working with a variety of people like other engineers and developers. The development process is a team effort. You like to work in an agile way and you focus on getting things done quickly, but in a smart and sustainable way. Your typical day will be spent on enhancing and perfecting our apps for the iOS platform. You’ll ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications are top-end. You’ll help maintain a high standard of code quality, organization, and automatization. And last but not least, you’ll identify and correct bottlenecks and fix (or better even, prevent) bugs.
You have
- A Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in IT, CS or similar
- 3+ years experience working as an iOS Engineer
- You know Swift better than your own best friend
- Educated in or a broad experience with object-oriented programming
- Experience with external API’s, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Unit Testing, and Functional Testing in a Continuous Integration cycle
- Preferably some knowledge of RxSwift, Android, backend API development, Python, and PostreSQL – but if you bring anything to the table that isn’t mentioned here, please let us know!
