The Role

The team you will work with consists of other developers, freelancers and trainees/interns. You will also work together with different departments like Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and more. Right now, we’re more focused on creating and developing applications on the iOS platform. This will change quickly, as we’re looking to expand to Android and Windows Mobile devices.

The job is very versatile. You’ll be an advocate for mobile technology in the company. You will obviously play an active role in the development of mobile applications. Interaction with business users to understand the requirements and translate these requirements into working prototypes or applications is also a big part of your job. You’ll keep on top of new developments within the mobile industry and pro-actively seek improvements to integrate into our existing portfolio.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with programming languages like PHP, Java or C#,
• 2+ years experience in design, development and implementation of native iPhone/iPad apps (Media Layer, Objective-C, iOS’ Cocoa Touch Layer, Core Services Layer and Core OS Layer),
• Experience with SQL, C/C++, Git, SVN,
• Good understanding of Jenkins (CI) and code signing,
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Photoshop,
• Willingness to travel and/or work odd hours.
