We are looking for an experienced team lead for our international team of developers that is working on a revolution in online social business networks. The number of our users is exploding and with that we need somebody brilliant leading our teams of developers. We will reward you very well for doing so! About The Job

• The core of your job is to lead the development teams in the Netherlands and in Turkey, from our R’dam office
• Develop of new features and improvements and the functional designs they result in
• Translate these designs to technical designs
• Set the deadlines for your team
• You’re responsible for the escalation of bugs and calamities and quality (control)

Requirements

We’re looking for someone that knows how to handle a multidisciplinary platform, ambitious plans and a diverse team consisting of (web) front-end developers, backend developers and mobile developers (Android and iOS), in total about 6 people.

• Bachelor/Masters’ Degree in IT or similar
• Experience in leading development teams
• You need to have social skills to work together with the team and to add expertise, knowledge and fun to our work-environment
• You handle deadlines like the fucking badass that you are
• You have the gift to reduce complex issues to simpler parts
• You have extensive experience developing in a .NET environment
• Eagerness to learn about the newest technologies & developments
• Your English is pure perfection
• You are familiar with continuous integration and writing test cases
• You see it as a challenge to make our ambitious plans happen
