The Job

You’ll get to work in a challenging, innovative market at a company with advanced technical environments. In this job we expect you to know a lot about digital, online, Omni channel, ecommerce, and (web) apps. You’ll work in a very successful and well known Telecommunications & IT-services company.

You will be part of the innovative Apps Scrum Team which is responsible for development of our iOS & Android apps including API to back-end systems. Somewhere this year we will change over to a new architecture which includes WEB-based technology as well. This will definitely has its technical challenges. We are working full Scrum continuously targeting to higher Agile mindset.

Because being a Lead Mobile Developer is no easy job, we make sure to support you wherever and whenever you need us to. This position is challenging, rewarding, inspiring and adventurous. And it pays well, not only in money :).

In short, you and the scrum team(s) are fully self-organizing and do everything that needs to be done from initial idea until ‘go live’. The team designs, build, tests and deploys the App. You have the extra challenge to get the different developers aligned on technical solutions/choices. The environment is complex and there is room for own ideas and creativity to get the best results.

Your responsibilities

You’ll be mostly focused on combining your genius developing skills with people management. Through technical coaching, driving code reviews, tech reviews, developing full stack apps including ensuring the right quality by automatic testing, you’ll be the leader that we’re looking for.

You’ll bring automatic testing to a high level striving to have minimal manual testing cross IOS/Android. Improve and innovate apps and software by bringing your own ideas and bring new technologies and implement them in order to deliver the best in the market.

Are you / can you / do you have

• Bachelors’ Degree;
• Minimum 5 – 10 years relevant experience with software development for mobile;
• Excellent knowledge of  iOS & Android;
• Develop API’s;
• Experience with automated testing tools;
• Continuous Integration experience;
• Proven track record of high quality coding and continuous refactoring;
• You are focused, creative, flexible, accurate, detailed, and you have strong communication skills;
• A team leader;
• Hands on mentality;
• Fluent in English;
• Pluspoints for knowledge of or experience with; Python, Javascript;
