About the job

This role will not be an easy breeze; it’ll be hard work, brain-breaking at times, and challenging; but oh so rewarding. It might sound cheesy to you, the whole ‘rewarding’ side of the job, but trust us, it is! You’ll be responsible for managing, developing and deploying innovative applications for Android, which integrate with smart wearable solutions. The team you lead will work agile and we expect you to mentor your team and share your knowledge & skills. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project managers, executive team and testers to bring new features and services into production. Overseeing the architecture design, development of the software, unit testing and documentation for the mobile solutions is also a very important task you’ll have. We’re speaking healthcare & medical products here, so we can’t afford to fuck up.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters’ Degree in CS or similar
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing for Android using Android SDK
• Minimum of 5 years experience of object-oriented software development experience
• A portfolio with your own Apps that you’re proud of
• Experience with RESTful API web services
• Scrum/Agile methodologies have no secrets for you
• Fluency in English
• Thorough understanding of multi-threaded apps
• Don’t fuck up
