Your Day-to-day Activities Include
- Expand our Android app with innovative features
- Innovate, design and implement new features
- Continuously improve and maintain existing functionalities
- Develop application tests, including unit, integration, regression and performance tests
- Code review
- Take ownership from design to deployment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to define our future technology stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferred 2+ years of experience with Android in API level 16 and up
- Strong Java and Android SDK development skills
- You are interested in learning (or already know) Kotlin
- Strong understanding of the Android ecosystem and its design patterns
- Experience building complex apps that have been successfully released to the marketplace
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Strong eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch not required)
- Comfortable with agile development processes (Scrum)
- Hands-on and nothing-is-impossible attitude
- Real team player
