We have developed an ambitious plan for a new generation of modular constructor platform for mobile banking applications. In order to succeed in this, we need a significant software development group with top-notch engineers. And that’s where you come in!
What To Expect
As an iOS developer, it is your responsibility to deliver astonishing mobile banking applications created on the basis of this platform and provide support within short timeframes for banks and other financial institutions. You will team up with about a dozen other iOS developers. Together, you’ll also rewrite current code base to swift and extract reusable content from products functionality to separate frameworks. Last but not least, you’ll develop other banking products for dozens of international clients as well.

Your Day-to-day Activities Include
- Work with customers and your fellow iOS developers directly
- Build apps mainly using native technology but also work on hybrid mobile apps
- Give advice about technical decisions and planning of development process
- Create roadmaps for new product development
- Innovate, design and implement new apps and features
- Continuously improve and maintain our modular constructor platform
- Develop application tests, including unit, integration, regression and performance tests
- Code review
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to define our future technology stack
Qualifications
- Excellent with native iOS software development, mastering technologies and concepts like Objective-C, Swift, the iOS SDK and Xcode
- Experience with Scrum and/or Agile practices
- Have a good knowledge of Object-Oriented paradigm
- Have a good knowledge of design patterns and be able to put them into practice
- Have a good knowledge of SOLID principles and be able to put them into practice
- Have a good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with performance tuning, reusability and maintainability of mobile applications and applying architecture design patterns
- You developed at least one app that is available in the App Store
- You like to share your knowledge and learn from others too
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Strong eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch not required)
- Hands-on and nothing-is-impossible attitude
- Real team player
Bonus points for candidates that have experience with/knowledge of: DI containers, writing unit tests, process automation, functional programming paradigm, CI, C, and/or Python. If you have any other interesting skills, let us know!
