So, we already have our babies, but we need someone to help them grow, teach them new things, correct them when they’re wrong, and make sure they’re doing great overall. Are you that nurturing person that will take his/her time to raise our Android babies? They might throw up all over you, and you’ll have to change their diaper regularly, but that’s part of the deal. But most of the time they’re pretty damn cool.

Before we will grant you custody over our babies, we need to make sure you have what it takes. Check the checklist below to see if we’ll trust you with them:

• 4+ years work-experience with Android application development (Android SDK)
• 5+ years of work-experience developing with Java and other languages
• Experience with Android Market Place and the distribution process
• Analytical and a strong interaction and design sense
• Know-how of object oriented concepts
• Experience with A/B testing
• Know-how of SQL
• Multi-tier app development experience
• Passionate about technology
• Always up to date about the latest trends and innovations, to make sure our babies will always be better than the rest
• A portfolio with at least one released app in the play store
