Your Day-to-day Activities Include

• Designing and developing a secure and scalable architecture from scratch;
• Innovate, design and implement new features;
• Build reliable communication between smart phone, smart lock, bridge and back-end;
• Move the app forward rapidly, while sweating the details;
• Develop application tests, including unit, integration, regression and performance tests;
• Work with IoT devices, the Bluetooth Smart protocol, hashing and encryption;
• Code review;
• Take ownership from design to deployment;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to define our future technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in IT or similar;
• 1+ years experience in development of mobile apps;
• Top-notch Objective-C and Swift skills;
• Knowledge of and experience with development of and integration with communication stacks;
• You are used to work in according to a structured process and quality management systems;
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM;
• Experience with Bluetooth Smart, Android development and/or WebSocket will give you bonus points;
• We’d like you to have lived in The Netherlands for at least one year, with plans on staying longer.
