Experience: Nah
Education: Nope
Expertise: Not important
You, being an ‘average Joe’ among iOS Developers, will try to contribute to some of our random apps. You will work in an equally unqualified team of back-end and front-end developers, which no other company would think of hiring. We use Scrum techniques for our projects, so we rarely manage to keep our deadlines.
Your Routine Tasks
- Create, implement new mediocre apps or optimizing existing ones (should be easy),
- Keep an eye on the technical performance of the apps (which is needed),
- Try to at least contribute some creative ideas for new apps (we would be grateful).
Skills You Should At Least Possess
- Being somewhat fluent in Dutch and English,
- Feeling responsible for what you create,
- You sometimes listen to the customer and try to find a solution,
- Worked with Xcode, GIT, Core Data and Swift,
- The humoristic skills of a German,
- Tried to develop in iOS for some years.
What You’ll Get In Return
A full-time job, so more time to do what you like. A basic, low salary with which you might be able to pay for rent. You’ll get some budget to pay for transportation costs, but we encourage you to walk to work (more cost-effective for the both of us). We don’t really care about the development of the employees, so you should just decide for yourself if you want to follow a training to improve your skills or not. Laptop you have to work with is just as bad as the daily lunch we provide.
Why are you still reading? Maybe it’s because you’re also a bit tired of the overly happy job adds with promises the companies can’t keep? In case you want a realistic talk about your possibilities as an iOS Developer within our company, we would be happy to meet with you!
