Your typical day with us will be filled with working on inspiring smartphone/tablet projects and products. You will be the subject matter expert in native development topics, and seeking out, evangelising and implementing new technologies and methods. Owning and delivering upon technical challenges across multiple projects is another typical task. You’ll have the senior developer role (mentoring, coaching, peer review). As we said, boring is not a word in our company!
Your responsibilities will be lots of different things. Having responsibilities is something that we think is important as this will give you and us the opportunity to reach for the stars. You will be leading development of some of our core products. You will be an authority on native application development for smart TVs, set top boxes and mobile and companion devices. This role demands a high degree of technical creativity and you will be responsible for defining how complex technology challenges will be solved on platforms supported by us.
Requirements:
- Senior developer experience (dedicated responsibilities)
- Experience creating Cordova plugins & added Cordova platforms
- Extensive experience with module pattern JavaScript, Android (Java), iOS (Swift), roku, and other native OS’s and their respective languages
- Familiar with the dial protocol, Trigger.io, react native, Titanium, and impact.js
- Deep understanding of native application development
- A personal portfolio filled with your applications that’ll blow us away
- Fluency in English
